RESULTS AND DISCUSSIONS
4.1 Results
The summary of the average of the result for drying of turmeric in biomass dryer is presented in table 4.1 to 4.5 below at 500C, 600C and 700C respectively. The readings was taken at 4 hours interval. The initial moisture content of turmeric was determined by oven method drying was found to be 43% (wb). The experiment raw data of loading and at no load is presented in Appendix A,B,C and D.
