Table 2 shows the sensitivity pattern of some bacterial isolate on Jatropha curcas. From this study, it was observed that the mean of the control group (34.33±1.53; 29.33±1.16; 30.00±0.01; 24.00±0.01; 20.00±0.02; 27.33±1.15) are significantly higher than other mg/ml concentration of crude extract from other groups. Mean of 0.0625mg/ml are also significantly lower than other mg/ml concentration of crude extract. It was observed that the sensitivity pattern of 0.5mg/ml and 0.25mg/ml concentration of crude extract for Staphylococcus aureus are the same. It can also be observed that the mean sensitivity forEscherichia coli, Pseudomonaaureginosa, Proteus penneri, Salmonella typhi and Streptococcus pneumonia are not the same for all the level of mg/ml concentration of crude extract considered in this study.
