      RESEARCH DESIGN AND METHODOLOGY
      3.1    SOURCE OF DATA:
      There are two major sources through which data will be collected for the purpose of this study. The first source is the empirical investigation, which will be conducted in the company through questionnaire, interview, observation etc for the purpose of testing the hypothesis formulated in chapter one.
      The second source of data is the literature review in chapter two which presented the major theoretical in sight for the investigation. This involves the study of existing body of knowledge such as textbooks, newspapers, journals, pre-existing research work etc.
      3.2    METHOD OF DATA COLLECTION:
      Four method of data collection will be adopted which are
      (a)    Questionnaire
      (b)    Interviews
      (c)    Observation
      (d)    Study Secondary materials
      Questionnaire Method:
      Test to questionnaires will be designed for testing the hypothesis formulated during this study.
      The questionnaires were given to the respondents, whom will be randomly selected in the organization studies to generate information on motivation
      INTERVIEWS METHOD:
      Both formal and informal interviews will be conducted so as to ascertain relevant information on some research questions.
      The formal interview will be guided by questionnaires formulated in specific issues associated with the organization studied.
      The informal interviews will be mostly unguided interviews aimed at increasing the knowledge of the author about specific issues.
      OBSERVATION METHOD:
      These activities involves visiting the business organization that will be studied its premise, productive activities and relevant records for the purpose of observing the activities of the firm.
      STUDY OF SECONDARY MATERIALS:
      This will involves the study of annual report, direction report about performance of the firm.
      3.3    POPULATION OF THE STUDY:
      The population of the organization in which the researcher will be carring out his research has a total member of four hundred and thirteen employees. The diagram below represents the information at the glance.
