4.3. RESPONDENT FROM THE QUESTIONNARES ADMINISTRED TO THE STAFFS IN THE COMPANY
Questionnaire I: Do you think that employees productivity depends on the opportunity for social interaction?The table above show that 4 respondents from Junior and 7 respondent from senior staff which represents 14.6% strongly agreed that employees productivity depends on the opportunity for social interaction, while 10 respondents from junior staff and 2 respondent from senior staff which represent 15.7% agreed. 2 respondent from junior staff and a respondent from senior staff which stand for 3.7% were undecided.
However 24 respondent from junior staff and 7 respondent from senior staff which represents 41.3% strongly disagreed that employees productivity depend on the opportunity for social interaction, while 14 respondent from junior staff and 4 respondent from senior staff disagreed.
