    • The sdaqa incorporate zakat.
Sadaqa is of two kinds:(a) sadaqa tatawu (voluntary contribution) and
In the terminology of fiqh, a clear distinction between sadaq and zakat signifies the obligatory contribution which every well-off Muslim has to pay to the poor.
There is no equivalence practice in other  religions. Hence while terms such as charity aims poor due tittle dole and any other have been coined by translators, non of these terms actually convey the line sence of the word zakat: zakat was made obligatory at al-medinah al-wuna warah in the second year of hijjira of the prophet (Pbuh)
(sum 2:110) it is associated with salat eighty two places in the everlasting miracle of islam. The only Quran. (sura 2:43) and be steadfast in prayers and give zakat (Abu huraira) may ALLAH be please with him, that the prophet (PBVH) once said:     I have been to wage war against the people still testfy that there is no and but ALLAH god that Muhammad his is messenger  person salat and pay the zakat.
Abdullahi ibn masoud said that a companion of the only prophet believes that ALLAH subbanahu wata’ala, does not accept ones salat unless one pays.
The zakat from a reasonable point of view, giving zakat  leads to two major important benefits. It keeps out away from sin and saves the giver from moral illness crising from the love and greed for wealth; through zakat the poor classes are being care fore.
      2.3   THE ZAKATABLE WEALTH
Islam the only way of life, that sets things to right,   enjoined zakat on the following types of wealth.
      Gold and sliver and cash
      Articles of merchandise
      Agricultural products, plants and fruits
      Livestocks
      Minerals and treasures
(Abu Huraira) may ALLAH be please with him reported as saying ALLAH messager (PBUH) as saying. ‘if any owner of Gold or sliver does not pay what is due on him, these would then be heated in the fire of hell and sides his  forehead and his back would be canterized with them. whenever these cool down, during a day the extent of which would be fifty  thousand years, until judgment is pronounced among servants and he sees whether his paths is to take him to paradise to hell’’
The niseab of GOD sliver is as follows
      A.    Cold : 2oo mithgal = 85 grams
      B.     Silver : 200 dirhIN= 595 grams
(majority of scholars) the rate of zakat which was fixed by oly prophet of 2.5% of the value of gold upon which zakat to be paid as regard to each shaies and bands; they are also subject to zakat the nisab of each type equals the value of 85 grams of gold.
