Table 11 above shows that all the sampled consumers (100%) agreed that promotion effort is not in SEC all the sampled consumer confirm this.
The above table shows that about 21% of the sampled consumers said that the corporation did not respond to their complaints, while 78% said there was no response to complaints. Hence the corporation is not consumer-oriented since the majority agreed that there was no response to complaints.
