The table above, show factor affecting operating cost at Kwara Express transport and how it being operate. From the analysis, it shows majority people strongly agree that fuel is the main factor that affect the operation cost, followed by vehicle maintenance, bad road, travel distance, poor organization while the least percentage is toll payment.
