4.0 DATA PRESENTATION AND ANALYSIS OF RESULT
4.1 Introduction
This chapter focuses on the presentation and analysis of data obtained from the research observations and questionnaires. The data collected from the respondents and field study was presented in order to achieve the objectives of this research project.
4.2 Results from questionnaires
Questionnaires were administered to the engineers in Ilorin west government council and Bitto Nigeria Ltd. Another questionnaire was given to the people living at Agbo-Oba, Oja-Tuntun and Sawmill area and people who use the road on a daily basis. The questionnaire comprised of open ended and structured questions on issues that are related to the study.
A response rate of 50% is adequate for data analysis and reporting, 60% is good and above 70% is very good (Mugenda, 1999). There was a response rate of 62% for this study and therefore good enough for the analysis of the data.
