Table 4.3 shows that 20% 0f the respondents claimed that blockage in drainage, canal and culvert are caused by lack of inadequate drainage, 40% of respondents claimed that blockage are caused by illegal dumping of refuses along the line of drain which is the principal causes of flooding, 20% of respondents claimed that blocked is caused by illegal structure, 10% of respondents claimed that blockage is caused by non-channelization.
