    • Decision Rule
      If X2 calculated> table value of X2
      ..H0 should be rejected.
If X2 calculated < table value of X2
      . . Do not reject H0
Since the table value of Cbi-{X2) is 0.25 is less than the calculated Chi (X2) of 1.84, we reject H0 therefore the alternative hypothesis is accepted.
This shows that there is a relationship between patronizing prostitutes in Nigeria.
4.3    EFFECT OF FOREIGN COMPANIES ON SOCIO-ECONOMICS ACTIVITIES IN NIGERIA
Since the Federal and State Ministries are solemnly responsible in awarding contracts on road construction to these foreign companies, one cannot but look at the positive and negative effects of these companies on Nigerian roads. Today in Nigeria the most widely executed projects still comes under Civil Engineering. Most roads constructed in Nigeria today are constructed by these foreign companies. This is because these foreign companies have state of the art equipment used in road construction which makes their roads standard. One can see that these companies come with factors that are suitable for our terrain like the codes of practices adopted by these companies. The technological advancement of these companies on road construction has created a lot of job opportunities for both skilled and unskilled workers. This has even exposed the Nigerian graduates to modem facilities. Roads constructed by these companies are always durable this is why the Nigeria government has more trust in foreign companies than the indigenous companies.
If one is to look critically at these companies one will discover that in the process of registration with the corporate affairs commission this generates money into the Nigeria account, because they will have to pay before they get registered.
Another look at these companies, one will discover that the total bill is on their side because they take our money to their country i.e they invest into road construction and make a lot of interest which they finally take to their country. One can see that even some of these companies are being paid in hard currency which makes our local currency to be weak. Even the process of transferring huge amount of money to foreign account is very expensive.
4.4    EFFECTS OF FOREIGN COMPANIES ON SECURITY/NIGERIA GOVERNMENT
The foreign companies involved in road construction have a well motivated workforce. One can see that most roads constructed today in Nigeria have linked many states and villages thereby promoting trade between states and villages, they have also lead to the growth of other companies like the cement company, the paint industry in which overall has crated employment in Nigeria. Most engineers working in these foreign companies are really sent abroad to upgrade their knowledge in the construction, industry. A main reason why some of these companies place their priorities right is that some of these companies have their own government backings, which makes their work more effective.
Another look at these foreign companies involved in road construction one will discover that we expose them to our terrain which is very bad in terms of war, this also makes them to have updated maps of Nigeria roads which you cannot find in some ministries.
(The average German in any construction company knows the Nigerians more than we know ourselves). This can create a lot of security hazards in future. These companies expose Nigerians to Western civilization because you see them (i.e. the expatriate) in clubs, driving expensive cars which makes the Nigerian ladies flirting around (i.e. prostituting). This eventually leads to spreading of diseases such as h I v, syhillis and all order infection diseases.
Most of these foreigners are not Civil Engineers, their rather technicians from their various countries. These foreign companies (i.e. the expatriate) bring in bad drugss) to Nigeria because our diet is not suitable for them.
