    • 3.4.6    Deployment Diagram
Deployment diagrams are used to visualize the topology of the physical components of a system where the software components are deployed. Deployment diagrams are used for describing the hardware components where software components are deployed. Component diagrams and deployment diagrams are closely related.
      3.5    Development Tools
For this research work, hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) is chosen as the programming language because of it security, it has easy configuration, it is easy to integrate into exiting HTML codes. PHP is a server side scripting language and it is faster and more efficient for web programming task. It runs nearly on every modern platform. PHP is one of the most popular scripting language use today. It is used for creating dynamic Web Pages that interact without the user offering customizes information. It offers many advantages. It is stable, secured and easy to use.
      3.5.1    Front End
The front ends of the system are the web pages created with Html tags and CSS. include dynamic content, HTML (Hypertext markup language), Java script and Adobe CS3 Dreamweaver design platform were used.
      3.5.2    Back End
The back end of the system is the database, designed with Oracle Database management system; Oracle Database 10g Express Edition (Oracle Database XE) is a no-frills edition of the proven Oracle Database 10g product. It’s completely free of charge, and may be installed on any size machine, supporting up to 4GB of user data and running on a single processor, using a maximum of 1GB memory. Database administration is done via browser interface and applications can be developed using standard interfaces such as SQL, JDBC, ODP.NET, or using Oracle’s unique Application Express feature.
      3.5.3    Wamp Server
Wamp is an Open Source Software Application Server, is an application server that implements the PHP Platform. It is written in Java and as such is cross-platform, usable on any operating system that supports Java.

CHAPTER ONE - [ Total Page(s): 2 ]1.3    Justification for the StudyThis study provides a means of easy storage and retrieval of information of vehicles and their owners for the FRSC in Benue State. It eases the stress of searching through the entire directory when retrieving information on an existing record; it will ensure the provision of a clear statistics of vehicle owners in a particular local government in the state. The output of the study shall serve as a benchmark for the Federal Road Safety Corps on the ... Continue reading---

CHAPTER TWO - [ Total Page(s): 4 ]2.3    Hierarchical Agglomerative ClusteringHierarchical Agglomerative Clustering (compare) is a similarity based bottom-up clustering technique in which at the beginning every term forms a cluster of its own. Then the algorithm iterates over the step that merges the two most similar clusters still available, until one arrives at a universal cluster that contains all the terms. In our experiments, we use three different strategies to calculate the similarity between clusters: com ... CHAPTER FOUR - [ Total Page(s): 2 ]CHAPTER FOURRESULT AND IMPLEMENTATION4.1    IntroductionSystems design could be seen as the application of systems theory to product development. According to Wikipedia it is defined as the process of defining the architecture, components, modules, interfaces, and data for a system to satisfy specified requirements.4.2    System RequirementIn developing any system, there is need to specify some system requirements for minimum performance. However, with respect to this work the system requi ... Continue reading---

CHAPTER FIVE - [ Total Page(s): 1 ]CHAPTER FIVESUMMARY, CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION5.1    SUMMARYThis project work is aimed at providing a software model for grouping a set of related records in the Federal Road Safety Commission. The system has been designed to automate data for which vehicle owners are being registered. Consistency, reliability, fairness and quick turnaround time is ensured with the use of this system. Based on the model used in this software, further improvements can be made in order to include other feat ... Continue reading---
