From the table it was discovered that majority 20(52.5%) of the respondents are in the Junior Lecturer, while 10(25%) of the respondents are the Senior lecturers and 9(22.5%) consist of the assistant lecturers, the respondents cut across all the lecturers of the college of education and college of I.C.T. All the participants are actively involved in teaching .

The Table 4.3 has shown that there are more male respondents 31 (77.5%) than female respondents of 9 (22.5%). This revealed that there are more male Lecturers than female in both college of I.C.T and college of Education of kwara state University, Malete.

The Table 4.4 has shown that there are more respondents for the College of Education 25 (62.5%) than respondents for College of I.C.T of 15 (37.5%). This revealed that there are more lecturers in College of Education than College of I.C.T of kwara state University, Malete.
