      Table 4.9 above shows that the problems that affect the usage of library databases against effective the university libraries under study which agreed upon are: poor of ICT facilities 17(42.5%), slow internet connection 17(42.5), inadequate and epileptic power supply20(50%), lack computer skills20(50%), inadequate computers 15(37.5) and limited acess17(42.5%) while the respondents also strongly agree with lack of awareness by 22(55%) and all others were disagreed and strongly disagreed minimally.
      4.5    DISCUSS OF FINDINGS
      Based on the data collected and analyzed for this study, the following are the major findings:
      1. Out of twelve electronic databases listed to the Lecturers in the College of Education and college of I.C.T of Kwara state university, Malete. The study discovered that:  AGORA, AJOL, ARDI, DOAJ, HINARI, OARE, JSTOR and EBSCOHOST were the electronic databases available for lecturers of the college of Education and college of I.C.T of Kwara state University, Malete and which they are aware of while PROQUEST, OPAC, LANTEAL, UGCINFONENT are unavailable
      2. On the types of electronic information resources that are used by lecturers of the College of Education and College of I.C.T of Kwara state university, Malete. the study revealed that:  AJOL, HINARI, AGORA, JSTOR, ARDI, EBSCOHOST, OARE and DOAJ were the electronic databases utilized by the lecturers of the College of Education and College of I.C.T of Kwara state university, Malete .
      3. On the extent of utilization of electronic databases available by lecturers of the College of Education and College of I.C.T of kwara state university, Malete. The  study revealed that majority of the respondents in the both colleges indicated that AJOL, AGORA, HINARY, DOAJ, EBSCOHOST, OARE, ISTOR and ARDI were the electronic resources frequently utilized on a high extent.
      4. On the purpose of usage of electronic databases available for the lecturers of the College of Education and College of I.C.T of kwara state university, Malete. The study discovered that: most respondents strongly agreed that: enhancement of research, complement of print resources and access to current information are major purposes of usage E-databases available for lecturers of the College of Education and College of I.C.T of kwara state university, Malete. 
      5. On the problems militating against the usage of E-databases  faced by the lecturers of College of Education and College of I.C.T of kwara state university, malete. It been discovered that: lack of awareness, slow internet connectivity in the institution, epileptic power supply, insufficient computer skills, lack of computers and limited access to electronic information resources were the major challenges in utilization of electronic databases by the lecturers of the College of Education and College of I.C.T of kwara state university, malete in the university library
