    • We are able to reviewed the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights (KNCHR) online reporting system and the Kenya Human Rights Commission (KHRC). The main goal of KNCHR is to investigate and provide redress for human rights violations, to research and monitor the compliance of human rights norms and standards, to conduct human rights education, to facilitate training, campaigns and advocacy on human rights as well as collaborate with other stakeholders in Kenya (KNCHR website). The KNCHR develop an online portal that Kenyans can use to report human rights abuses without having to go to the police or the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights offices. The involvement of ICT has been of great help to their system as people are driving to report their cases through the online reporting system. According to the findings on their system and its influences, the KNCHR online reporting portal does not involve uploading evidence of the case. But through additional findings, the main Kenya Human Rights Commission (KHRC) website also have human rights violation reporting portal of which include uploading of evidence file (online reporting). After reviewing both systems, the general challenges that was derived is that the online complaint form does not contain all the required information necessary to investigate the cases. The commission expect the complainant to still come in person before starting their investigation on case. Also the system does not allow the complainant to keep track of their cases status.
