4.4.4 The Complainant Main Menu (Homepage)
The complainant main menu shows all the activities that can be performed by the complainants. The homepage contains a total number of 4 submenus on the system. These are; report violation page, track case status page, view violation acts page, and about page. It also shows the number of submitted cases so far, as displayed on the staff homepage.
Figure 4.7 below shows the screenshot of the complainant homepage with all its features on the system.
