3.8 The organizational structure of the existing system
As shown in Figure 7,In the existing system, information and feedback are gotten verbally; whereby the lecturer delivers the announcements and course materials verbally in the classroom to the students and on the other hand the students submit assignments to the lecturer face-to-face and get course materials too.
