3.9 The process Model of the proposed system: This process diagram in
Figure 8, tells us about how data is processed and how data flows from one COURSE
a) The login tool: This tool will validate user credentials. If valid, it allows
user to enter into the system else it displays a login fail message.
b) Course tool: This tool allows user with lecturer role to create/edit/view/delete user course details. Only user with lecturer privilege has access to this tool.
c) Discussions: Through this tool, the instructor can publish messages to the students. Only instructor can create/edit messages. Both instructor and students can view the messages.
d) Assignment section: Through this tool, instructors can add assignments.
Only instructors can create/ edit assignment details. Students can answer the questions and submit answers back.
e) Registered Users: With this tool, instructors and students can view registered users of a particular course.
f) Course material: Instructors can create upload materials for their students. Students are only permitted to download the materials.
