    • Table 8 shows the frequency and percentage distribution of the items on teachers satisfaction which was used to investigate the coping strategies that was adopted by the in managing their job satisfaction. According to this table, most of the respondents (67% strongly agreed and 29% agreed) indicated that their work was according to their qualification and skill. However, 2% disagreed, 1% strongly disagreed and 1% is neutral. So on this table, out of the total respondents, (26% strongly agreed and 60% agreed) stated as a teacher, they are satisfied with the top management. However, 11% are neutral, 3% disagreed and none strongly disagreed. Also on this table, out of the total respondents, (28% strongly agreed and 59% agreed) that their working hour at school is satisfactory. However, 7% are neutral, 6% disagreed and none strongly disagreed. Also on this table, out of the total respondents, (39% strongly agreed and 53% agreed) stated that as a teacher, in the school they have the necessary authority to perform my duties effectively.
      However, 6% are neutral, 1% disagreed and 1% strongly disagreed. Also on this table, out of the total respondents,(26% strongly agreed and 60% agreed) stated that their school organizes counseling programs for the teachers regularly. However, 7% are neutral, 5% disagreed and 2% strongly disagreed. Also on this table, out of the total respondents, (40% strongly agreed and 57% agreed) stated that as a teacher, they share experience to help each other. However, 3% are neutral, none disagreed and strongly disagreed. Also on this table, out of the total respondents, (27% strongly agreed and 54% agreed) stated that teachers get appreciation and rewards if the desire work/target are accomplished. However, 8% are neutral, 8% disagreed and 3% strongly disagreed.
      Also on this table, out of the total respondents, (25% strongly agreed and 60% agreed) stated that their school has good career prospect for its teacher. However, 9% are neutral, 5% disagreed and 1% strongly disagreed. Also on this table, out of the total respondents, (l9% strongly agreed and 66% agreed) stated that the physical working condition in their school is satisfactory. However, 12% are neutral, 3% disagreed and none strongly disagreed. Also on this table, out of the total respondents, (28% strongly agreed and 42% agreed) stated that the top management in their school involves teacher in management decision. However, 13% are neutral, 9% disagreed and 8% strongly disagreed. On this table, out of the total respondents, (22% strongly agree and 57% agreed) stated that welfare packages provided to them by the school is satisfactory. However, 1 0% are neutral, 6% disagreed and 5% strongly disagreed. On this table, out of the total respondents, (35% strongly agree and 53% agreed) stated that their school recognizes and acknowledge their work. However, 9% are neutral, 2% disagreed and 1% strongly disagreed. On this table, out of the total respondents, (18% strongly agree and 47% agreed) stated that there school provide satisfactory salary according to the work done by them. However, 19% are neutral, 7% disagreed and 9% strongly disagreed.
      In conclusion, most of the respondents response based on Table 4.6 was that they agreed to the questions, which signify that they adopt various coping strategies in managing their work situation.
