Answering Research Questions
Research Question 1: What are the impact of microteaching on teaching practice?
Table 6 shows the responses of the participants on the impact of micro teaching on teaching practice. The table shows that majority of the participants agreed that micro teaching helps in the prediction of classroom problems with the mean score of 3.1. The participants also agreed that micro teaching equips student in training within time management technique and encourages the appropriate use of teaching aids with the mean scores of 3.01 and 3.15 respectively. It was further agreed by the participants that micro teaching enhances teaching competences of students in training, enhances classroom managements and improves the opportunity of planning for instruction with mean scores of 3.22, 3.22 and 3.02 respectively.
