    • Procedure for Data Collection
          The copies of the questionnaire would be administered by the researcher and three research assistants. The researcher would administer the questionnaire in Zamfara state while the three research assistants would cover the three other states (Kaduna and Kano and Katsina) after due approval must have been sought and granted by the appropriate authorities of different organisations selected for the study.
      Method of Data Analysis
          The data to be collected would be analysed by using descriptive statistics which are percentage (%), standard deviation and Pearson product moment correlation statistic. The percentage would be used to analyse the personal data of the respondents, mean score and standard deviation would be used to analyse all the research questions while Pearson Product Moment Correlation statistic would be used to test all the null hypotheses set for the study. It would be used to test the degree of relationship between the independent variable and operational variables at 0.05 level of significance.
      Decision Rule
          Decision rule for items (six to ten) 6-10 in section “B” of the instrument for this study is as follows;
      Mean score from 4.1 – 5.0 would be treated as “Excellent”
      Mean score from 3.1 – 4.0 would be treated as “Very Good”
      Mean score from 2.1 – 3.0 would be treated as “Good”
      Mean score from 1.1 – 2.0 would be treated as “Fair”
      Mean score from 0.1 – 1.0 would be treated as “Poor”.
