Ho3: There is no significant difference between development programme in public and private secondary schools in Akinyele Local Government Area secondary schools, Oyo State
Table 4 shows a calculated t-value of 6.874 is greater than the critical t-value of 1.74 at 0.05 level of significance for 118 degrees of freedom. Therefore, the hypothesis which states that there is no significant difference between development programme in public and private secondary schools in Akinyele Local Government Area secondary schools, Oyo State is rejected, which means that a significant difference exist between development programme in public and private secondary schools in Akinyele Local Government Area secondary schools, Oyo State. This study is similar to that of Ukeje(2008) who opined that development programme on public secondary staff is quite difference from that of private schools.
