Table reveals that the principal is often challenged was ranked highest having the mean score of 3.56 out of 4. This was followed by many teacher come late to school and go early, the teaching service commission does not support the teacher in punishing their teacher and that many teachers always absent themselves from school and that many teachers do not adequately prepare for their lesson having the means of 3.56, 3.50 and 3.45 respectively.
The lowest mean score was 3.40
However, the grand mean score for the principal on teacher effectiveness was 3.50 using 2.50 as the average benchmarks, it can then be inferred that principals strategies of leadership on teacher effectiveness positively.
