    • HO2: there is no significant difference between male and female principal decision making strategies  and decision making problem


      Table 26 indicated that t-(1067) =39,p=70.
      This means that the stated null hypothesis was accepted. This was as a resulting in 70 significance values which was greater than 0.05 alpha value.
      By implication, the stated null hypothesis was established thus: there is no significant difference between male and female teacher’s decision making strategies and leadership problem.
      SUMMARY OF FINDINGS  
      The findings of this study based on the research questions and the hypnosis formulated were summarized as follow:
      1.    The principal  decision was autocratic in nature
      2.    The principals strategies of leadership influence teachers effectiveness positively.
      3.    The respondents are faced with diver’s problem in the school.
      4.    The principal had positive strategies on teachers effectiveness in secondary schools.
      5.    There is no significant difference between male and female teachers decision making strategies and effectiveness
      6.    There is no significant difference between male and female teachers decision making strategies and leadership problem.
