      What are the benefits of new technologies in the teaching of geography in secondary school?


      The table above, consist of (50%) agreed and (50%) strongly agreed that teaching with the aid of technology will foster student knowledge in geography, (50%) agreed, and 33.3% strongly agreed in item two that the use of technology helps the students for better comprehension. Also, high percentage of (66.6%) agreed, and (33.3) strongly agreed that the use of technology in teaching geography encourages the students to offer the subjects. 16.6% each of the respondents in item four agreed and strongly agreed that students with little or no knowledge of technology may not understand the geography teacher. Lastly, in items five, there is equal percentage of respondents with 50% agreed and strongly agreed that teaching geography with technology develops creativity in the teacher.
          In conclusion, respondents agreed that new technology in teaching geography is beneficial to secondary schools.
