3.1.3 DIODE
A diode is a semi-conductor device which allow flowing of current in one direction. Diode is a device which can be either forward or reversed biased. It has a low resistance and is unidirectional.
Diodes are various types such as a rectifier diode, turning diode, zener diode, light emitting diode (LED) and photo diode.
Lightly emitting diodes are used to indicate the presence of charging the structure and symbol force, rectifier diode, zener and lighting emitting diode are show below. Also a rectifier diode is used as protector of sensible component.
