The organization structure of Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi-Uku allows for immediate message feedback.
The response to question seven (7) above is shown in the table below.
Table 4.9.1: Message Feedback
The table above shows that a majority of the respondents,
i.e 196 out of 200, do not agree that the organizational structure of the Polytechnic allows for immediate message feedback. This indicates that feedback is delayed due to the highly hierarchical organizational structure of the Institution.
