Training workshops to improve the written and oral communication skills for staff members of Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi-Uku should be encouraged.
The response to question eight (8) above is shown in the table below.
The above table reveals that all the respondents subscribe to training workshops being organized in order to improve the written and oral communication skills for staff of the Polytechnic. This implies that effective language communication plays a very important role in the efficient management of the Institution.
