Effective Management Through Language Communication In An Organization

The table above shows that a majority of the respondents are between 31 – 40 years. A possible inference from this is that the workforce of the Polytechnic is dominated by young adults (i.e people with vigour to work).
From the above table, it is obvious that the majority of respondents hold good educational qualifications i.e Higher National Diploma, University Degrees etc. The implication is that the persons that make up the organization have sound educational background. Thus, they are accessible and better prepared to assist the researcher with the needed information.
