Conflict(s), if any, in Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi-Uku can be resolved through effective language communication.
The response to question three (3) above is shown in the table below.
The above reveals that a greater number of respondents,
i.e 135 out of 200, are of the opinion that conflict(s) in the Polytechnic can be resolved through effective language communication. This shows that effective communication is a veritable tool for conflict prevention and resolution.
