Rumour mongering in Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi- Uku promotes management efficiency.
The response to question four (4) above is shown in the table overleaf.
As shown on the table above, all the respondents disagree with the assertion that rumour mongering promotes management efficiency in Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi-Uku. This clearly shows that rumour mongering is inimical to good organizational management.
