Differences in background and orientation of staff affect language communication in Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi- Uku.
The response to question six (6) above is shown in the table below.
It is obvious, as shown on the table above, that a majority of the respondents, i.e 183 out of 200, are of the view that differences in staff background and orientation affect language communication in the Polytechnic. Thus, importance is placed on the educational status of staff members when considering effective communication flow in an organization.
