      RESULTS
      Introduction
          This chapter presents the results of the analysis of data collected through questionnaire based on frequency count and percentage distribution.
      Result Presentation
          Do principal factor influence teachers willingness to exhibit behavioral problems in secondary school in Ibadan metropolis?


      Table 1 shows the responses of teachers on Headmasters’ as causes of teachers’ behavioural problems. Teachers’ behaviours problem is agreed to emanated from Headmasters’ as it could be seen that high percentage of the respondents agreed that principals’ failure to adopt style(s) to cautions or facilitates activities of teachers as situation demand, inability to provide needed materials for teacher use and ambiguity roles set before teacher are with 74.3%, 82.7%, 69.4% respectively, but the respondents do not see unlimited admission of students as a source of crisis where teacher-pupil ratio is out of proportion with 44.9% and 43.9% agreed.
