Do government factors, influence teachers willingness to exhibit mis-behavioural problems in secondary schools in Ibadan metropolis?
Table 3 presents respondents responses on government as a cause of teachers’ behavioural problems. government is seen saddle with making sure that teachers are motivated to perform their duties, but government refusal to pay teachers’ salary when due, good policy formulated are not adhere to and needed materials are not provides in schools. Thus the respondents agreed with items 9, 10 and 11 with 71.4%, 93.9% and 80.6% respectively. Thus may be reason why teachers gave excuse for non-performance and this affect on teachers’ behaviours in schools.
