What are the roles of principals in managing teachers’ behavioural problem in secondary schools in Ibadan metropolis?
Table 4 shows responses on preventive measure to manage teachers’ behaviour problems in school. Managing teachers behavioural problems require a decision that may in no small way prevent arrest and settle act of insubordinate exhibited by teachers. From table 4 items one, two and three (1, 2, and 3) have their content accepted as 32(100%), 30(93.8%) and 28(87.5%) by respondents. They agreed that effort that may be gear towards provision of job description for teachers, conduct of seminar and workshop and good condition of service earn prevent teachers misbehaviour in schools.
