Research Question Five
What are the principal’s arrestive measures to manage teachers’ behaviour problems?
Table 5 shows responses on arrestive measures to manage teachers’ behavioural problems. Teachers do misbehave in school, the result always jeopardize all efforts made to make students learn. Therefore, a measure put in place to arrest subsequent occurrence of teachers’ misbehavior such as principal’s caution in exercising his/her authority on the culprit(s), willingness to report a case of misbehave exhibit by teacher(s) to appropriate authority and the involvement of other teachers in rebuking erring teachers had higher percent of 27(83.8%), 32(100%) and 32(100%) respectively. These revealed total agreement with items 4, 5, and 6.
