    • Lack of Sexual Educative Material
According to Ahulu (2006), the school and the society would be better of, if the students are provided with sex educating materials, which will expose them to the norms guiding sexual behaviours among teenagers in the society. He further viewed that the type of immoral books and films the youths are exposed to are not in line with sex morality. The school on its own does not teach decency and morality towards the subject of sex. The students are involved in reading obscene magazines where they pick up wrong impressions and notions about sex Akunnuyi (2006) observed that both the teacher and parents have failed to provide their students and children at home with good sex educating material which will guide them morality. Hence the school should organize lesson or materials that will give good knowledge and understanding among the students in the aspect of sex morality.
Low Parental Education: - Adeboye (2005) observed that children from poor and uneducated family are at greater risk of not having the opportunity of going to school most especially the female child, such parents have no information at their disposal to direct their children for example the female ones in the right way particularly reproductive health education and sexual morality.
By failing to respond to this challenge of sound female-education, the country runs the risk of fostering the development of another generation of uneducated parents who at the end yield another generation of uneducated children.
Wrong Information about Sex: Akinloye (2000) reported that 65% of the adolescents especially in the secondary schools received wrong and false information about sex right from home which is supposed to be the first contact for moral and sex conduct of the youth.
The majority of female students were not informed that sex is normal but strictly between married adults. They are not aware of sexual conduct as the society guides against premarital sexual relationships and God’s condemnation of fornication among youths. Akinyemi (1987) emphasized that the female youths were not taught about the need for descent sexual attitude in our society. Rather, some parents talk about their immoral behaviour in the presence of their young children. Majority of the parents refuse to teach their children about sex especially the female ones who need to know about sex in order to prevent unwanted incidents.
      Prevalence of Premarital Sex
According to Olorungbemi (2006) in his own opinion states that most students are not aware of the implication of premarital and unsafe sexual activities, some students engage in immoral and unprotected sexual relationship consequently, if sexually transmitted diseases are not well treated, it leads to HIV/AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome).
HIV: Is referred to as Human Immune Deficiency Virus. This gets into the body and gradually destroys the ability of the body to fight against any disease. While
AIDS: Is an infection caused by HIV/AIDs on the other hand combines with sickness in the body which results from a specific weakness of the immune system. The people infected with HIV develop AIDS between 2 to 10 years (Bakare, 2006).
Abortion: According to WHO (1988) abortion is the termination of pregnancy before feotal viability or when the foetus weighs less than 500g. It may be spontaneous (Occurring through natural cases) or induced (by mechanical intentional or medical means). The rate of induced abortion is increasing in the society because the students are not given the right information about sexual reproductive system and how to protect the unwanted incidents. Eighty percent (80%) of induced abortions are carried out mostly for the female youth or young adolescents and these are performed by quack doctors, which makes it unsafe (Samala, 2008).
Sexual Arousal: Alawode (2004) sexual arousal among secondary school students seems to be rampant. It increases their (students) excitement in sexual activity. For instance, a lady that tells her female friend of her new experience and style with her boyfriend and the female friend might or may have interest in the style, the friend in turn then decides to make a move towards her boyfriend too and if the boyfriend is not capable of handling the urge it may lead to snatching of boyfriend between the two friends.
Unclaimed Pregnancy: Many Nigerian teenage girls as Olorungbemi (2006) observed are getting caught in avoidable mess of pregnancy. What is worse is that, most of them cannot trace the men responsible for the pregnancy. These young victims often get unclaimed pregnancies because the habit of having multiple sexual partners is rampant among the youths in the Nigerian society. Olorungbemi (2006) acclaimed that the result of unclaimed pregnancy is usually risky and potentially fatal to the life of the youth especially the students. The man responsible for the pregnancy most often would deny the responsibility and abortion most times becomes the alternative which can lead to sudden death of the victim.
Sexual Promiscuity: Oyeleye (1984) claimed that 89% of teenager who lost their virginity through sex get themselves involve in sexual activities constantly, he further explained virginity as adolescent who has never experience sex for once. But for children who has experienced sex get themselves involved, it is better not to get Adeoye (2008) claimed before marriage in order to get reduce premarital sex.
Low Complications: According to WHO (1988), premarital sex at times results to late complications which end up with diseases caused by poor hygiene by the victim. The disease is apparently related to poor genital hygiene and trauma to the cervix. It is therefore more common to lower socio-economic diseases and women who began coitus and child bearing early in their lives WHO (1988).
