Straits (2007) classified smokers as:

It has been made clear that smoking had come to stay in every society as habit practical by many especially youths and people in their early adulthood.
2. Sexual Promiscuity
According to Advance Learners Dictionary, sexual means, “physical attraction and sexâ€. Whereas promiscuity means “having many sexual partnersâ€. From the definition, one can see that sexual promiscuity is a situation where one engages in all round sex, for instance prostitution. Nowadays, students in both secondary and tertiary institutions are involving more in prostitution it has been observed (oral interview) that they went into these business because of difficulties encountered in education, for instance payment of school fees, handouts, textbooks, accommodation, fees, feeding, clothing etc.
The implication of these is that some of them died on the process of prostitution and some contact hard disease like Aids and some even went ahead removing their womb on the process of abortion. It was also gathered that most of these victims are from the lower class in the society. This ugly situation therefore calls for government attention, because the youths of today will be the leaders of tomorrow and a health nation is a wealth nation. A situation whereby the youths end up dying in one disease or the other has an advise effect on the society at large. Government should consider the labour force in anything that is being done. The school fees and other things should come down so that the less privilege will benefit and increase in prostitution will decrease highly, death rate will also be reduced and high birth rate (Bastard) will also be reduced and a balance economy will be achieved.
3. Robbery/Stealing
Robbery is defined as the taking of money or goods in the possession of another, from his or her person or immediate presence, by force or intimidation Robbery is a crime of theft and can be classified as larceny by force or by threat of force. The elements of the crime of robbery include the use of force or intimidation and all the element of the crime of larceny. The penalty for robbery is always more for larceny.
According to statistics from the federal Burean of investigation (FBI, 422, 921) incidents of robbery occurred in 2011. This number was significantly of lower than a decade earlier. The FBI estimated that between 1992 and 2001, the number of robberies dropped by 37.1 percent and later increased in the recent time. The general elements of robbery are the talking of personal properties or money from the person or presence of another, the use of actual or constructive force, the lack of content on the part of the victim and the intent to steal on the part of the offender. Neither deliberation nor premeditation is necessary, nor is an express demand for the property.
Robbery requires a taking of property from the person or presence of the victim, which means that the taking must be from the victims possessions, whether actual or constructive. Property is no the victims persons if it is in his hand, in the pocket of the clothing he wears, or otherwise attached to his body or clothing.
The phrase “From the presence†or “in the presence†has been constructed to means proximity or control rather within eyesight of the victim for example a robber takes property from the victims presence if the robber locks the victim in one room and then takes the valuable from another room. There is sufficient proximity even through the victim cannot see through the walls into the room where the valuable are stored.
The property taken must be close enough to the victim and sufficient under his control that had the robber not used violence or intimidation, the victim could have prevented the taking. As an example, if a robber uses force to immobilize a property owner at one place while and Accomplice take the owner’s property from a place several miles away; the distance between the owner and the owner’s property is such that the owner could not have prevented the taking even if he had been free to try to interfere.
A robbery must also include a taking or aspirations, a carrying away by which the goods are taken from the victim’s. Possession and transferred to the possession of robber. The crime is complete when the robber acquires possession of the property, even for a short time. The robber does not have to transport the property away from the physical presence of the person who has lawful possession of it or even escape with it. The slightest change of location is sufficient to establish exportation. Once they robber takes possession of the property the offense is complete, even if the robber later abandon the property.
The crime of robber can be committed even of the property taken is of slight value. Actual money value is not essential as long as it appears that the property had some value to the person robbed. The taking must be accomplished either by force or by intimidation. This element is the essence and distinguishing characteristic of the offense. Taking by intimidation without use of actual force is also robbery. Force and intimidation are alternate requirements, and either is sufficient without the other. Stealing is a behaviour problem in the classroom. It is an antic-social behaviour which is common among students both adolescents and adults.
