1.7 Limitation Of The Study
Like
in every human endeavour, the researcher encountered slight constraints
while carrying out the study. Insufficient funds tend to impede the
efficiency of the researcher in sourcing for the relevant materials,
literature, or information and in the process of data collection, which
is why the researcher resorted to a limited choice of sample size. More
so, the researcher simultaneously engaged in this study with other
academic work. As a result, the amount of time spent on research will be
reduced.
1.8 Definition Of Terms
Management: Is an act or process
of forecasting, planning, organising, controlling, commanding and
coordinating. Also, management is a process by which organisations
ensure that their objectives are achieved by the proper planning,
organisation and controlling of their resources – human and materials.
Library:
Library is a social institution established to collect, organize,
preserve information resources and disseminate them to people for whom
the library is established in a place conducive enough for the use of
the information resources.
National Library: These are the kinds of
libraries which irrespective of their title are responsible for
acquiring and conserving copies of all significant publications
published in the country and functioning as a deposit library either by
law or under some arrangement.
