    • 4.2    CONDENSER
      A condenser is basically a heat exchanging unit in which the heat pick up by the refrigerant in the evaporator as well at, that added to it in the compression phase is dissipated to some condensing medium.
      High pressure, high temperature vapour leaving the compressor is superheated and this superheat customarily is removed in the hot gas discharge line and in the first portion of the condenser. As the temperature of  the refrigerant is lower to saturation point, the vapour condenses into a liquid for runes in the cylinder William, (2005).
      Condenser may be air cooled, water cooled and evaporation condenser which depend upon gravity flow air circulated over it. Other air cooled units use tans air across the condenser coil, in this project work, air cooled and condenser is concerned with as it was being consists of continuous type.
      Low Side Pressure: When this becomes lower the density of the vapour filling the cylinder on each stroke is educed. This decrease the amount of refrigerant pumped per stroke. This effect is also known as back pressure.
      Clearance Pocket: This is the small space that appears between the top of the piston and the top of the pumping stroke.
      Compression Rating
      This is rated in term of piston displacement and BTU per hour, piston displacement is the volume displaced by the piston as it moves from the bottom of the top its stroke.
      PD = nDL ..…………………......Osore (1999)
      PD = Piston of displacement
      D=⋯…………………………..Bore (in).
      L=Length of the stroke
      N=Number cyinder
      PD= Piston of odisplacement
      X=pie
      Compressor is the ratio of the discharged or high side pressure to the suction or low side pressure.
      Compressor ration =(high side pressure)/(low side pressure)
      The compressors are classified into three general types,which are:
      1.    Positive displacement compressor
      2.     Centrifugal compressor
      3.    Axial compressor
      Positive displacement compressor will be considering in this project report because it is being employed in the design.
      Positive displacement compressor comprise of reciprocating, rotary and Positive displacement compressors are so classifiedbecause the maximum coil of copper with a large number of fins surface. The lins enable the surface area of tube required to be cooledresulting in a less bully condenser. Moreover, the fins offer little or no resistance of circulation of our. The air cooled condenser is being used because of the wing.
      Advantage It Offers
      1.    It does not scaling, freeze- up and corrosion
      2.     It is easy to maintain
      3.     It requires less effort install
      4.     How initial cast
      5.     It does not give maintenance problem.

    • ABSRACT - [ Total Page(s): 1 ]ABSTRACTThis paper describes the quick and precise control method for domestic refrigerator. The propose controller is based on the fuzzy logic and neutral network designed maintaining the constant inner temperature (of the refrigerator and improving the refrigerator efficiency. The fuzzy logic controller is used to maintain the inner temperature inspite of the environment variation such as outer temperature change of the volume change of the stored food to the refrigerator a neutral network is ... CHAPTER TWO - [ Total Page(s): 2 ]CHAPTER TWO2.1    LITERATURE REVIEWRefrigeration is the branch of engineering that is concern with the producing and maintaining temperature below that of the surrounding atmosphere .this implies the development of temperature differential rather than the establishment of a given temperature level. The act was known to the ancient Egyptians and the people of Indian, who use evaporation to cool liquid in porous earthen jar exposed to dry night air, and to the early Chinese, Greeks and Romans w ...
