      •    Automatic pipettes
      3.6    Statistical Analysis
      Statistical analyses including descriptive statistics was carried out using the Statistical Package for Social Scientists (SPSS) version 16.0. All values were expressed as Mean ± Standard Error of the Mean. The Independent t-test was used to determine significant differences in test parameters in the test and control groups. Confidence limit was set at 95%; level of significance (p <0.05).
