    • Superscripts a and b show that the values are significantly different while all the values bearing the same letter shows no significant different statistically. The bacteria count of Pito for Share was 4.33 ± 1.53, Ojaoba was 6.00 ± 2.65, Owode was 5.67 ± 1.53, Omu-Aran was 4.67 ± 1.15and Ipata was 8.33 ± 3.21respectively. When the bacteria count of the five locations were compared with respect to Pito, there were no significant different (p>0.05). With respect to Soy milk, the Omu-Aran (11.33 ± 3.21) was significantly different from other locations but Owode, Ojaoba, Share and Ipata were not different from one another. Also, the five locations examined in this study were not significantly different from one another with respect to Kunu and Zobo culture on Kieglar Iron Agar (p>0.05).
