The bacteria count of Pito for Share was 12.00 ± 7.00, Ojaoba was 7.67 ± 2.08, Owode was 7.33 ± 2.89, Omu-Aran was 10.67 ± 9.60and Ipata was 7.33 ± 1.53respectively. When the bacteria count of the five locations were compared with respect to Pito, there were no significant different (p>0.05). With respect to Soy milk, the count of Share was 9.00 ± 6.56, Ojaoba was 7.33 ± 6.11, Owode was 9.33 ± 1.53, Omu-Aran was 6.33 ± 2.51and Ipata was 5.00 ± 1.73respectively. When the bacteria count of the five locations were compared with respect to Soy milk, there were no significant different (p>0.05). Also, the five locations examined in this study were not significantly different from one another with respect to Kunu and Zobo culture on PDA (p>0.05).
