The Physical And Microbiological Investigation Of Some Local Beverage Drinks
[A CASE STUDY OF ILORIN METROPOLIS, KWARA STATE] -

Kunu-zaki has 15 S. aureus, Pito has 8, and Soy milk has 14. With respect to E. coli, Kunu has 21, Zobo has 2, Pito 6 and Soy milk also has 2. Furthermore, 1 P. mirabilis was found in Kunu-zaki, 1 found in Pito, and 2 were found in Soy milk. 4 Candida sp. were found in Kunu, 2 in Pito and 8 were found in Soy milk respectively. Statistically, the occurrence of microbial isolate in the zone was significant (p<0.05).
