2.2 APPLICATION TO THE STUDY
    It Explains How Adolescents Choose Career or education program that fits their personality,
17 in other to achieve career well- being, success and job satisfaction. the theory has largely influenced the explanations on how personalities influence career choice in the context of work/ job expectation .
*     If people of the same personality type are working together they create a work environment that fits their type e.g if nurses of nurses of same personality type are on duty together, they will understand each other and will leads to adequate patient care.
*     work includes doing things to achieve  a purpose, like paid and unpaid jobs, volunteering, or hobbies, if adolescent choose to be a nurse in other to achieve a purpose, like salary satisfaction or volunteering, it will lead to performing his/her duty diligently.
*     People search for environment there they can use their skills and abilities and express their values and attitudes; if adolescent choose nursing because he like environments like hospital, he will be able to use his
skills and abilities and he will express the values and attitudes.
*     How one act and feel at work depends to large extend on once work place     (or school) environment. If an adolescent is forced or does not want to     work in the hospital environment which she/ he didn’t like, he/she will     not feel better at work and will not be able to dispense adequate nursing     care.
In summary, you are most likely to choose a satisfying work if you choose to do something  that fits your personality type.
