H02: There is no significant relationship between government attitude towards teaching and learning of English Language in Primary School in Ilorin West Local Government Area Kwara State.
Table 9 shows that the calculated r value of .302 is greater than .195 at 0.05 level of significance. Therefore, the null hypothesis which states that there is no significant relationship between government attitude towards teaching and learning of English Language in Primary School in Ilorin West Local Government Area Kwara Stat was rejected. This implies that there was significant relationship between government attitude towards teaching and learning of English Language in Primary School. Meaning that government attitude improves teaching and learning of English Language in Primary School.
H03: There is no significant relationship between availability of instructional materials towards teaching and learning of English Language in Primary School in Ilorin West Local Government Area Kwara State.
