Table 10 shows that the calculated r value of .311 is greater than .195 at 0.05 level of significance. Therefore, the null hypothesis which states that there is no significant relationship between availability of instructional materials towards teaching and learning of English Language in Primary School in Ilorin West Local Government Area Kwara Stat was rejected. This suggests that there was significant relationship between availability of instructional materials towards teaching and learning of English Language in Primary School. Meaning that availability of instructional materials improves teaching and learning of English Language in Primary School.
