ABSRACT - [ Total Page(s): 1 ]This study reveals that the problems of Cyber-cafes in Delta state, Nigeria by means of questionnaires Data were collected from Cyber-cafes, frequency counts and simple percentages were used to analyze the data generated. Findings revealed the problems militating against internet services in the cyber-cafes as well as some recommendation that can facilitate the operations of cafes.
