ABSRACT - [ Total Page(s): 1 ]This study aimed to investigate the potential protective effects of fenugreek oil against cisplatin-induced cerebellar damage in Wistar rats. A total of 40 rats were divided into four groups: control, cisplatin-treated, fenugreek oil-treated, and cisplatin plus fenugreek oil-treated. The effects of fenugreek oil treatment were evaluated through behavioral tests and imaging analysis of the cerebellum structure. The levels of oxidative stress and inflammation markers were measured to investigate the potential protective effects of fenugreek oil against cisplatin-induced damage in the cerebellum
